Wish-A-Thon 2024

You can end the summer right by supporting Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida’s 6th Annual Wish-A-Thon! Throughout the event, you can tune into WDBO on August 23rd to hear the inspirational stories of wish kids and their families hosted by Joe Kelley. 

Last year, listeners heard how a trip to the theme parks, participating in a Revolutionary War reenactment, or becoming an actress for a day helped change a child’s outlook on life and aided them in their battle against a critical illness diagnosis. All new stories will be shared this year, and you will be able to join the community effort to help grant the wishes of local wish children.
